Huawei P40 Pro Plus Detailed Review

Today Huawei announced the new device of its P40 series. The live stream program featured three devices - P40, P40 Pro, and P40 Pro Plus. Like the firm's previous devices, these new phones also have a special focus on photography and have specific sheets for marketing backup.

Below you will find information about their design, display, power, camera, battery and more, with an emphasis on matching and differentiating.

Design and Display:

The smartphone introduces the maker's first 90Hz OLED panel, though the good news doesn't keep up with the refresh rate - the screen also has high resolution and has all the trendy curves.
The Huawei P40 Pro has a 6.58-inch screen resolution of 1200 x 2640, which is not exactly quad HD but is equivalent to a pixel density of 441ppi, slightly lower than the current flagship indicator of some other brands.
Galaxy S20 Plus comes in 1440 x 3200, 525ppi, while iPhone 11 Pro is 1125 x 2436 pixels, 458ppi. However, in real-world use, most people are unlikely to make much of a difference. Huawei has increased the screen's refresh rate to 90Hz, which is faster than its previous phones of 60Hz, but not faster than competing handsets such as the S20 and the Oppo Find X2 Pro.

For storage, you get 258GB in Huawei P40, 128GB, 256GB or 512GB Huawei P40 Pro or 256GB or 512GB in Huawei P40 Pro Plus.

Camera and Battery:

The phone has a 50MP f / 1.9 central sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), which is believed to carry a lot of light (for very low light shots). It also has a 40MP f / 1.8 ultra-wide sensor, an 8MP f / 4.4 periscope lens with OIS capable of 10x optical zoom. Huawei P40 Pro has paired it with a 40MP f / 1.8 ultra-wide sensor, 12MP f / 3.4 telephoto sensor with 5x optical zoom and OIS, and a TF sensor.
The Huawei P40 Pro plus is equipped with 4,200mAh battery, which should last you in moderate to heavy use throughout the day. It supports 40W fast wired charging as well as wireless charging and reverses wireless charging.
